What’s up with Article 8?

I have beef with Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
Article 8 often comes into play in immigration cases and policy, normally in situations that involve family separation. I don’t like how there is provision for the economic well-being of a nation within this article. We all know this- money rationalises cruelty. I just think it's insane to say its chill to disrespect a human right in order to protect European economic supremacy. Seriously, what’s the worst case scenario for Europe economically? They have forced so many Other nations into economic destitution through the sick mathematics of making human rights fungible with capital.
Guys, lets not try to justify or rationalise cruelty ok?
